Louise is a Social Worker with The Crisis Cafe, providing youth mental health support in Northern Ireland for young people who need somewhere to turn.
Through drop in cafes, wellbeing workshops, creative sessions and community support, she and the team offer a warm, non clinical space that helps young people feel heard and steadier.
