By joining Growth Network, attending an event, or using our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Bookings, Payments and Contract

A booking is considered confirmed once Growth Network receives written confirmation by email, order form or telephone, and an invoice has been issued. This forms a binding contract between The Growth Company (N.I.) Ltd and the client.

Full payment must be received prior to the event unless otherwise agreed in writing. If payment is not made within a reasonable timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel the booking without notice.

All advertised events and memberships are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or amend events and offerings as necessary. In the event of cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, our liability is limited to a refund or pro rata adjustment of fees already paid. No further compensation is due.

Cancellations, Refunds and Transfers

Event tickets and membership payments are non refundable unless explicitly stated, or in the event of cancellation and rescheduling.

If a client cancels or reduces a confirmed booking, any promotional materials, passes or digital access must be returned or invalidated immediately.

Tickets, guest passes or membership access may not be resold or transferred without prior written permission. Doing so will render them void and may result in removal from the event or network.

Conduct, Safety and Participation

We reserve the right to remove any attendee from an event or community who, in our judgment, is disruptive, disrespectful or poses a risk to the enjoyment, safety or wellbeing of others. No refunds will be issued, and the client may be liable for costs incurred as a result.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves with professionalism, respect and integrity, in line with the values of Growth Network.

By attending our events, you confirm that you are fit and well to participate. Some events may involve physical activity or take place in crowded environments. It is your responsibility to inform us of any special requirements or limitations in advance.

Media, Content and Intellectual Property

Photos, videos and other media may be captured at our events. These may be used for marketing and promotional purposes without compensation or further consent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Growth Network retains ownership of all content, branding and digital materials created by or for our community. This includes our website, event content, promotional materials and member directory. You may not reuse, reproduce or distribute our materials without permission.

Damage and Liability

The Growth Company (N.I.) Ltd accepts no liability for loss or damage to personal belongings or business assets at our events.

Clients are liable for any damage caused by themselves or their guests to venues, equipment or the property of other attendees, except in cases of normal wear and tear.

We strongly advise all attendees to ensure they have adequate insurance for travel, liability and property, particularly for high value or third party events.

Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse it, upload malicious content or reproduce materials without consent. The website content is provided as is and may change without notice.

We are not responsible for third party links, external content or any inaccuracies on our website. Your use of this content is at your own risk.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations where such failure arises from events outside our control, including but not limited to war, pandemic, industrial action, civil unrest, natural disaster or any event commonly referred to as an act of God.

Complaints and Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please notify a member of the Growth Network team as soon as possible. We aim to resolve all issues promptly and fairly.

Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 14 days of the event or incident to: [email protected]

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Northern Ireland.

Legal and Liability Limitations

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill but make no warranties regarding event outcomes, business success or quality of third party venues, speakers or services.

We do not accept liability for:

  • Cancellations or delays caused by third parties
  • Non appearance of any speakers or participants
  • Losses due to external circumstances including weather, transport or illness
  • Any indirect or consequential loss or damage

Our liability is always limited to the amount paid by the client for the service in question.

Severability and Updates

If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Your continued use of our services or participation in our events signifies your agreement to the latest version.
